Hello – Thanks for reaching out! Typically, if the provider does not also operate in the other country, they will use a local provider. For example, Orange doesn’t have services in Croatia, so they will use a provider like Telekom there. It’s usually pretty good, especially if you’re in the bigger cities and towns. If you plan to spend a lot of time in remote areas, you should ask when you buy your SIM card, which providers they use in other regions. Hopefully that helps!
